Biography
Gabriela S. Marques has a PhD in Tourism from the University of Aveiro (Portugal) and a MSc in Organizational Behavioral from the Institute of Applied Psychology (ISPA). She is an assistant lecturer of the School of Tourism, Sports and Hospitality of the Universidade Europeia, Laureate International Universities and coordinator of the Executive Master in Strategic Tourism and Hospitality of the School of Executive Education of this Institution. Her main research interests cover services management, tourism, organizational behavior and the quality of working life.
